Cornerstone Baptist Church invites every officer in your precinct to our Law Enforcement Appreciation Day on Sunday, May 5, 2024.
This is the 8th year we have hosted this event and are hoping to continue gaining a reputation around the Valley as a church that truly honors our police force. We have had as many as 20 officers and their families from different precincts around the Valley attend. It will be well worth the effort for officers in this precinct to attend.
The service will begin at 10:00am in our main Auditorium. Both on duty and off duty officers are welcome to attend. Off duty officers will not be expected to be in uniform.
This event is completely free. We won't ask for any officer to give financially in any way during their visit. The presence of any LEO is considered a gift greater than any donation.
Every officer will receive a gift bag thoughtfully filled with thank you notes by the members of our church.
A full lunch will be provided only for the officers and their families. You will be waited upon by our church staff and deacons.
During lunch, a $1 raffle will be open for all who attend for a chance to win some great prizes!
Because of everything we would like to do to show our appreciation and respect for our police force, we ask that those wanting to attend please sign up by May 1 for us to ensure we have enough food and gifts.
